Berebere is a traditional blend of spices from Ethiopia, made with very aromatic peppers and spices. It is often used in stewed meat and poultry dishes. It is to Africa what curry is to the Indies.

This easy dish is like a chicken cacciatore interpreted by another culinary tradition.

This pâté chinois, with its extremely high comfort-food-factor, proves that everyday cooking need not be boring.

A simple and delicious recipe to serve as hors d'oeuvre or to accompany a braised meat dish.

What's the sense in boiling spareribs and then throwing away the flavour by discarding the water? Instead, we recommend a slow grill-cooking, which will concentrate those sugars and keep them trapped in the meat. The result is not just tender but full of flavour, too!

This vegetarian dish is anything but boring. Try it as a meal in itself.
